He is an advisor to entrepreneurs, investment groups, and family offices. He is a board member of several companies and President of the Unomásdos Foundation. He has been a postgraduate professor of financial matters and an advisory board member for the Chair of Business Ethics at the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
Rafael Brotons

With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Valencia and an MBA from the European University of Madrid, he has over 20 years of experience in business management across various sectors and in financial advisory and consulting. He has been the managing partner of a major M&A firm in Alicante and a financial consultant for several multinational consulting firms. He is currently the managing partner of the corporate finance practice at Unomásdos, a firm that advises companies and investment groups. He teaches postgraduate courses in finance and M&A in master's programs at various business schools.
Javier Fernández Ruiz

He holds a Civil Engineer degree and an MBA (MDI) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is certified in Project Management (PMP) and Project Finance. An expert in concessions, with over 18 years of experience in managing infrastructure and real estate companies, he has successfully structured, financed, built, and operated several projects valued at over €15 million each. He currently serves as a manager of concessionaire companies in sectors such as renewable energy and parking, as well as an advisor to real estate companies. He has been a university professor for 11 years at the Polytechnic School of Alicante and a postgraduate professor in project finance and structured investments at various universities and business schools.

With a degree in economics from the Complutense University of Madrid, he has worked for the past 25 years in the finance department of two multinational consumer and communications companies and as a Banking Director, advising clients and investors on both financial and asset management matters. He is currently the managing partner of the business development department of Unomásdos, a consulting firm for companies and investment groups. He also advises entrepreneurs, investment groups, and family offices on issues related to asset management.
Maria Jose Bados

A professional with extensive international experience in the creation, expansion, and transformation of business projects in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. She has developed her career primarily in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, where she has worked closely with boards of directors, holding senior positions in finance and operations at companies with high revenue and profitability. She is currently a strategic partner in finance and operations at Unomasdos, advising companies undergoing national and international expansion, and serves as interim financial director for fashion and franchise companies. She is also a partner at a firm that collaborates with non-profit organizations on financial and strategic matters.
She holds a degree in German Philology from the University of Madrid (UCM), a Master's degree in Logistics from the Icil Foundation, and is certified as a Controller by Wolters Kluwer. She speaks five languages.

He has worked for over 25 years in multinational energy companies, both in the Legal Department and the International Division, with a special focus on Latin America. He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1988 and has authored several publications and contributed to the field of energy law and markets. He also has academic experience as a professor of postgraduate courses.
